Fourteen provinces participate in the third edition of the Federal Training Program “Management for Development”
The CFI’s Federal Training Program has more than 430 participants in this new cohort that began its activities in August and will close in Buenos Aires in December.
From Buenos Aires, Chaco, Chubut, Córdoba, Entre Ríos, Formosa, Jujuy, La Pampa, La Rioja, Mendoza, Misiones, San Juan, Santiago del Estero and Tierra del Fuego are the young people who make up this new edition of the Federal Training Program "Management for Development", which is committed to creating a federal network of leaders throughout Argentina.
The Program has four components: master classes, provincial panels, integration sessions and project design workshops. The workshops and master classes are developed virtually and include all the participants, which makes these instances a space enriched by the contribution of outstanding speakers and the exchange with young people from different parts of our country.
The conferences and panels, for their part, are face-to-face instances that take place in different places in the participating provinces and convene each provincial group made up of 30 people. In these meetings, young people meet provincial and municipal officials, specialists in different topics, managers and workers of companies and organizations that are committed to innovation and development. The objective is to share experiences and learn in the territory everything learned and debated in virtual instances.
The closure of this third cohort is scheduled for the month of December in Buenos Aires, where attendees will be able to present the project carried out in the framework of the workshops and visit companies and institutions that work for the productive development of our country.
