The Women’s Productive and Financial Development Program is an initiative designed to support women in the development and growth of their productive projects, promoting equal opportunities within the productive fabric of Argentina’s provinces.
- Provide technical and financial assistance for the development and management of productive projects and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises led by women.
- Train women in decision-making positions within the business arena, expanding their knowledge of productive and financial matters to strengthen capacities at the provincial level and enable the replication of this knowledge.
- Strengthen women’s leadership skills in decision-making roles by providing communication, team management, and business leadership tools.
- Promote the creation of collaborative networks and coordination mechanisms that allow women to share experiences, generate new future projects, and strengthen their personal and professional networks.

Financial Tools
Within the framework of this program, women-led projects, ventures, and SMEs can access lines of credit and guarantees to support their growth.
Technical Support
The program provides training and technical assistance tools for productive projects at different stages of development through coordination sessions, training courses, and project laboratories.
