The Federal Development School of the CFI is an area of academic excellence and research in disciplines linked to federal development and has the purpose of providing specialized training to officials, technicians and researchers for the public sector of the Argentine provinces.

We develop labor and public-private administration capacities for institutional strengthening through training programs aimed at public policy management, innovation and productive development.

The objective is to train the future leaders in the management of strategic issues that contribute to the development of Argentine provinces.

TRAINING PROGRAMS 2024

Formacion 01

DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT

Training proposal aimed at young people inclined to leadership or who work in decision-making positions. It is based on the exchange of good practices in public management and of successful experiences related to the strategic productive sectors of Argentine provinces.

The program seeks to strengthen a federal community of leaders capable of designing and implementing projects that benefit each province in particular and the country in general.

SPECIALIZATION IN DEVELOPMENT AND PUBLIC POLICIES

The specialization program seeks to complement training actions carried out by the institution and to create a professional specialization profile oriented to the design, administration and management of socio-productive policies from a provincial perspective.

This training program seeks to provide theoretical and management tools to generate policies aimed at the sustainable development of the cultural sector.

TOURISM MANAGEMENT

The training provides theoretical and practical tools to officials, technical teams and representatives of the Tourism areas of the provinces to advance in the formulation, presentation and evaluation of projects that contribute to the sustainable development of tourism activity in Argentina.

DIPLOMA IN FEDERALISM AND PROVINCIAL PUBLIC LAW

A training space aimed at developing a conceptual and practical overview of Argentine federalism, covering its connections with constitutional and political law, as well as innovations, debates and reconfigurations.

INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT OF WATER RESOURCES

This training proposal is aimed at understanding the integrated management of water resources to promote greater equity and efficiency in the use of water, one of the strategic resources for sustainable development.

Fourteen provinces participated at the third edition of Management for Development

With more than 430 participants, a new edition of the CFI Federal Training Program has come to an end. Young people from Buenos Aires, Chaco, Chubut, Córdoba, Entre Ríos, Formosa, Jujuy, La Pampa, La Rioja, Mendoza, Misiones, San Juan, Santiago del Estero and Tierra del Fuego attended the third edition of the program focused on strengthening a federal network of leaders throughout Argentina.The program has four modules: masterclasses, provincial panels, integration sessions and project design workshops.
