Strategic Planning for Federal Development
We work alongside Argentina's provinces to develop territorial strategies aimed at strengthening competitiveness, social equity, sustainability, and regional integration.
What is the Roadmap?
The Roadmap is a strategic planning tool developed together with Argentina's provinces to drive territorial development, strengthen capacities, and formulate medium- and long-term strategies.
The Roadmap is organized into thematic chapters addressing structural challenges and key opportunities for federal development.
-
Build a shared long-term vision for federal development
-
Identify common challenges and development opportunities across the country
-
Set strategic priorities, optimizing the use of resources and capacities
-
Discuss national priorities and agree on guidelines that strengthen a federal vision of development
-
Design coordinated and sustainable actions with a medium- and long-term perspective
How We Work
The Roadmap is developed through a participatory and federal methodology that brings together public- and private-sector, institutional, and scientific and academic stakeholders to turn diagnoses into concrete development strategies.
Through federal sessions and exchange forums, shared assessments are made and common challenges are identified, establishing the priority work for each chapter. On this basis, technical and political consensus is reached on strategic actions.
Strategic Planning
Definition of priorities, scenarios, and lines of action with a medium- and long-term perspective.
Technical Work
Development of assessments, territorial analyses, and information to support decision-making.
Policy Dialogue
Building federal consensus to advance shared development agendas.
