TRAINING
SCHOOL OF DEVELOPMENT AND PUBLIC POLICIES
In a changing global economic context characterized by the acceleration of the dynamics of techno-productive transformation and the reconfiguration of geopolitical balances, Argentina is challenged with outlining the central bases of a federal, inclusive and sustainable development strategy.
One of the elements necessary to face this challenge is to strengthen the professional training of leaders and administrators involved in the process of preparing diagnoses, choosing instruments and evaluating the impact of public policies on productive development. In this regard, in 2021 we launched the “Management for Development” Federal Training Program in order to contribute to the creation of a federal network of leaders trained in issues related to the design and management of social and productive development policies in the Argentine provinces.
Following this path, the School of Development and Public Policies of the CFI seeks to complement the aforementioned training actions and expand their impact and scope.

This is an in-person course held at the CFI headquarters (Buenos Aires City). Classes are taught from Monday to Thursday and consist of 6 class hours each day. Additionally, a study seminar is held on Fridays.
Each subject is coordinated by a teacher responsible for its organization and the delivery of the curriculum’s contents. There are also guest speakers with vast experience in politics and production.
Study seminars are a weekly space for consultation, debate and teamwork, allowing for exchanges among the participants on the several topics covered.
Regular attendance to the classes, the study seminars and the rest of the training activities is mandatory, and admitted students are expected to have an active participation. At the time of the final evaluation, the comprehensive performance of each participant throughout the program is taken into account.
