“MANAGEMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT” FEDERAL TRAINING PROGRAM

As part of the institutional strengthening efforts made by the CFI together with the provinces, this training proposal is specially designed for people with a vocation for leadership or who work in decision-making positions.

Supported by the diversity of local experiences, the program seeks to promote exchange and knowledge of the structural aspects of Argentine development and is committed to the creation of a federal community of leaders capable of designing and implementing projects that inure to the benefit of each province and the country.

In a context marked by dynamics of permanent change, the training of future leaders on strategic issues is key to promoting development and innovation.
Understanding each territory’s challenges to growth with inclusion and environmental sustainability is essential for public policy making and the management of projects that aim to provide local responses to challenges and problems that can be global.

Provide current perspectives and modern management tools that allow participants to contribute to the generation of innovative projects that offer concrete responses to current challenges. To this end, we developed a learning process that enhances efforts, caters to diverse audiences and promotes integration, transversality and collaborative work; while helping build bonds to consolidate a federal community of leaders.

The program is aimed at young professionals between the ages of 21 and 35 in the field of management and linked to provincial or municipal governments, companies, universities, NGOs, sectoral entities, trade unions or the like.
