DIPLOMA PROGRAM IN LOGISTICS
Logistics is key for the development of value chains in Argentina. It encompasses goods transportation, storage and control, and consolidation and deconsolidation, as well as the infrastructure, operation, and regulation of each activity and of the different modes of transport: road, railway, inland water / maritime, and air transport. The efficiency of the logistics system has a direct impact on the competitiveness of the country’s main productive activities, both at the regional and international levels.
The Federal School of Development of the Federal Investment Council (CFI) is now accepting applications for the Diploma Program in Logistics, aimed at provincial government officials interested in the analysis, diagnosis, and development of solutions to the challenges posed by logistics at the regional, national, and global levels.
- Incorporate a strategic theoretical framework to understand logistics not only as a set of operations, but as a complex and strategic system that drives competitiveness, integrates territories, and connects regions with productive opportunities at the national and global levels.
- Provide analytical tools to understand Argentina’s logistics landscape, identifying the dynamics, gaps, and potential of each region and province, in order to interpret challenges and identify opportunities from a federal perspective.
- Strengthen capabilities to transform logistics through public management by means of technical tools to plan, design, and implement public policies that enhance strategic decision- making in logistics.
In addition, applicants must hold a higher education degree (university or non-university course of study with a minimum duration of four years) and have a strong interest in the design of production and transportation policies.

To maintain enrollment status, participants must attend at least 75% of the classes and successfully complete the assigned activities. Participation at in-person sessions is mandatory.
To successfully complete the program, participants must present a Capstone Project consisting in a production and logistics analysis of a provincial value chain applying the method used in the Federal Logistics Strategy.
