The Federal Training Program of the FCI opens its registration for a cohort that will be made up of young people from 22 Argentine provinces. Classes, workshops, debates and journeys will take place throughout the year, which will end in Buenos Aires with a federal meeting.

Buenos Aires, Catamarca, Chaco, Chubut, Corrientes, Córdoba, Entre Ríos, Formosa, Jujuy, La Pampa, La Rioja, Mendoza, Misiones, Neuquén, Río Negro, Salta, San Juan, Santa Cruz, Santa Fe, Santiago del Estero, Tierra del Fuego and Tucumán are the provinces that will make up the fourth edition of the “Management for Development” Training Program. The objective is to form, with the youth of these provinces, a federal network of leaders throughout Argentina.

The activities begin in April and the course consists of several components: masterclasses given by speakers of recognized trajectory; project design workshops where the participants work as a team to think and develop innovative ideas that solve local problems; and debates on the topics covered, where young people from different parts of the country will be able to share their experiences.

These components are developed virtually, and are complemented by panels and face-to-face sessions that convene each provincial group. In them, young people come into contact with provincial and municipal officials, specialists in various topics, managers and workers of companies and organizations that are committed to innovation and development.

This time, the Training will take place throughout the year and with 22 provinces simultaneously. The closure is scheduled for the month of November in Buenos Aires, where the Federal Integration Week will take place, an instance where attendees present their projects carried out during the workshops and visit companies and institutions that work and are committed to productive development.

The program is aimed at young people between the ages of 21 and 35 who reside in one of the participating provinces. Those interested in being part of this new edition can complete the following form: Registration 2023.
