Federal Program for Sustainable Actions in Productive Activities and the Energy Management Program
The implementation of two programs that promote sustainability and energy transition in the productive sector is progressing across several Argentine provinces: the Federal Program for Sustainable Actions in Productive Activities and the Energy Management Program. Both initiatives provide technical and financial support to help more companies adopt sustainable practices.
The main goal is to facilitate cost reduction and improve competitiveness while supporting compliance with environmental regulations in a global context of increasing demand for sustainable practices.
Complementary to each other, the programs work jointly to provide the private sector with comprehensive tools that combine technical advice with financial support. Companies can access a personalized diagnosis that enables them to design a tailored action plan focused on implementing improvements related to energy efficiency and sustainability.
More than 800 companies have already registered in both programs. Several have completed the entire process, while others are currently receiving technical assistance from specially trained environmental and energy managers.
In this context, more than 400 professionals have already been trained. The training, which is virtual and asynchronous, includes technical content designed to standardize intervention criteria. It is also complemented by in-person sessions in each province, where specialists can address questions and local authorities share the strategic guidelines of each jurisdiction.
