Preparing for the fourth edition of Management for Development
The Federal Training Program of the CFI opens its registration for a cohort that will be made up of young people from 22 Argentine provinces. Classes, workshops, debates and sessions will take place throughout the year, which will culminate in a federal meeting to be held in Buenos Aires.
Buenos Aires, Catamarca, Chaco, Chubut, Corrientes, Córdoba, Entre Ríos, Formosa, Jujuy, La Pampa, La Rioja, Mendoza, Misiones, Neuquén, Río Negro, Salta, San Juan, Santa Cruz, Santa Fe, Santiago del Estero, Tierra del Fuego and Tucumán are the provinces that will make up the fourth edition of the “Management for Development” Training Program. The goal is to build among the youth of these provinces a federal network of leaders throughout Argentina.
The activities begin in April and the course consists of several modules: masterclasses by renowned speakers, project design workshops where the participants work in teams to devise and develop innovative ideas to solve local problems and discussions on the covered topics, where young people from different parts of the country will be able to share their experiences.
These modules are held virtually and complemented by in-person panels and sessions with the participation of each provincial group. There, young people come into contact with provincial and municipal officials, specialists in various topics, executives and workers of companies and organizations that are committed to innovation and development.
For the first time, this event will take place throughout the year and with 22 provinces simultaneously. The closure is scheduled for November in Buenos Aires during the Federal Integration Week, where attendees present the projects developed during the workshops and visit companies and institutions that work on and are committed to productive development.
The program is aimed at young people between the ages of 21 and 35 who reside in one of the participating provinces. Those interested in being part of this new edition can fill out the following form: Registration 2023.
